For large organizations with complex, proprietary workflows requiring a fully bespoke Odoo
environment.

Managed Support & Maintenance SLAs

Post-launch support is critical to ensure your system adapts as your business grows. We offer monthly

retainer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ongoing peace of mind.

- ​Bronze Support (BWP 4,500 / month): Includes up to 8 hours of remote support, user

management, standard bug fixes, and minor configuration tweaks. Response time: 24-48 hours.

- ​Silver Support (BWP 8,500 / month): Includes up to 18 hours of priority support, minor custom
developments, custom report generation, and continuous user training. Response time: 12-24

hours.

- ​Gold Support (BWP 15,000+ / month): A dedicated technical account manager, up to 40 hours
of support/development, proactive system monitoring, and priority emergency routing.

Response time: Under 4 hours.

Hosting & Infrastructure

If you are on the Odoo Custom Plan, you require dedicated hosting to manage your custom code and

integrations. Pulse Consultants manages this setup for you:

- ​Odoo.sh (Official Cloud): Starting at ~$170 USD (~BWP 2,300) / month depending on required
workers and storage. Highly recommended for seamless CI/CD development.
- ​Local / Private Cloud Setup (e.g., AWS, BoFiNet, BTC): BWP 5,000 setup fee + monthly server

resource costs (Billed at cost + 15% management fee). Best for data sovereignty requirements.
